Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment can be made by either credit/debit card. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and these are securely processed online by Shopify. We cannot accept money orders or cash. Goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
Once you have placed an order with us we will acknowledge that we have received it by email. The order will then be processed and then accepted by us by sending you a second email (the 'Payment Received Email') detailing the goods you have bought and the delivery charge. When you receive the 'Payment Received Email' it will not be possible to cancel or amend the order without contacting us first.

Upon receiving your order Mini Mart Shop aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 business working days. Typical delivery time is between 2-3 days.
All shipping charges are based upon a maximum weight of 27kg (inclusive of packaging) and your location. For orders greater than 27kg please contact us for quote.

Standard Delivery (usual transit time 1-3 days) , you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Up to 2kg: £4
Up to 10kg: £6
Up to 27kg: £10 (DHL Next Day)
Note: If you exceed the 27kg weight limit, delivery costs will increase proportionately.
Mini Mart UK Shop operates a returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may return unopened/unused item(s) (excluding perishable goods) providing that you advise us that you wish to do so within fourteen days of receiving delivery of your order. Please email us at onlinevietfoodshop@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the items you would like to return. Once you have notified us of your wish to return any item(s), the item(s) should be sent back to us with a copy of the invoice. Upon us receiving the goods in resalable condition we will give a full refund, this includes the original delivery costs. However unless the goods are faulty you will be responsible for the return postage.
Items that are found to be faulty or different to that which was ordered should be returned to us wherever possible in its original packaging. Please email us in the first instance at onlinevietfoodshop@gmail.com with your name, order number, and details of the issue. You have the right to a repair, a replacement or a full refund; this will depend on the nature of the fault & the time that has elapsed since purchase. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss the issue.
